Aspen Grove

The morning after hiking Timp I woke up early to capture the sunrise. Looking towards Sundance Ski Resort, the sun gently came up over the horizon and lit up the whole mountain side.

There’s a Storm Brewing

While returning from a few days at Boy Scout Camp, I noticed some lightning coming from the edge of a storm which was making its way towards me. I didn’t count on catching the bolts hitting the ground but was rather excited about the cloud shape and color as the sun was making its way above the mountain behind me early this morning.
