Summer Delight
This morning my wife brought in a bowl full of beautiful blackberries and raspberries from the garden, and before anyone could eat any, I had to capture the moment. We’ve been enjoying the fresh berries all summer long, but I think this is the largest bowl in one day that I remember. I’m so excited!

Local Fledgling
Sometime near summer we suddenly had 3-4 fledglings around our yard. They were each shedding baby feathers and out making attempts to fly. We watched and cheered, hoping that each of the birds would make it to join their parents who watched over and fed them during this time of the year.
