Star Light Star Bright
A few weekends ago I went camping with the boys for a father-and-sons outing. The night sky from out in the Uinta wilderness lit up like a Christmas tree when the clouds weren’t around. It reminded me of how small I am on this lonely planet, but happy to know that I’m not alone.
Can you pick out the North Star?

City Life in Toronto
I spent a wonderful 3 days in Toronto in early May, although a few days earlier I unfortunately had an ankle sprain in my championship game of rec league volleyball (which we won), and so this is the result of my “walk around the city” by going out onto the balcony of my hotel.
Toronto is a beautiful city - reminding me in many ways of Tokyo and San Francisco. The city stays vibrant at night, seemed very safe, the food was great, and it was easy to get around. What a beautiful place. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
